Awsome new Massively Multi-Player Online Game! called Real-Life! x BEST EVER

Posted on October 27th, 2007

This new MMO called ‘Real Life’ is so cool. I think all you guys should check it out, and ultimately decide to get a copy of ‘Real Life’. Heres the game review of ‘Real Life’ at GameSpot

And I must say it is very addicting once you get into something, like goals and what-not. Success is hard to achieve, I’ve been playing for 16.75 years(it’s that addictive!), and I’ve only experienced minor success. Hopefully I will get a larger and fuller package of success points. The graphics are simply awesome, best out there. Lot’s of professions to choose from to, some people never get a profession though. It’s a billion and 1 options from every new day in the game of ‘Real Life’. What makes this game so special, is that it was designed by one person, WOW, a full MMO designed by one person. Although, there are a lot others who believe they started development of the gam but have no source codes to it.

Pros:

  • Really easy to install (if hardware and software are compatible)
  • Incredible graphics
  • Linux compatible
  • Cons:

  • It is really hard to quit, there are no real alternatives.
  • Character generation is somewhat random, it is virtually impossible to change.
  • Can’t find the “get a wellpaid job”-button.
  • Gold is hard to find
  • Can never get enough experience points
  • Once you reach the highest level your allowed by the creator, you die.
  • Oh yeah, its a permadeath
  • No PvP, well at least allowed. If you do PvP you get kicked from the server…
  • A few “Features:”

  • There is a feature in the game in which you join a party with the opposite gender — its called “marriage” and all of your experience points will be shared.
I don’t recommend doing this unless you’re sure about it. If your partner leaves you, you lose half your gold!
  • Playing longer than a few hours can really get tedious. If you have to play this awful excuse of a reality then please look out of the window most of the time and make sure you keep telling yourself that the guy who just took your wife/job/dog/car/happiness is just another more experienced user, instead of a noob who got lucky.
  • That was my inside detail review, but if anyone is online now, I need some help. Please send me some gold, I need a transportation upgrade! Errrr, this game can get frustrating at times.
