SAF – Secure Audio Format

Posted on April 5th, 2011

Audio encryption software for free. It takes an audio file of various formats (‘.wav’, ‘.mp3′, ‘.ogg’, ‘.flac’, ‘.aif’, ‘.mod’, ‘.s3m’, ‘.xm’, ‘.it’) and converts it to a x1 file format which keeps the audio files true quality. It then generates a file system for the saf format. Once the file system is built the x1 file is then encrypted using AES government standards. Next the entire saf file system or hierarchy is compressed, and once more encrypted using AES government standards, the user has the option to set the password and name the saf audio format file.

The installation is requiring a password. Is it really free? Do you have documentation?
If it’s free, what’s the password?
