I’ve been low on money lately as well. I recently got the Paypal debit, so I’m hoping my little bits of money will transfer into it soon. I have to buy a lot of supplies for my senior graduation project product, I did the website, but I also want to include a model of a futuristic peaceful city on Mars, much like the city on Ergo Proxy.

So much has happened, but never really had the time to post it. I’ve been getting worried about college, I haven’t applied to many colleges at all because of my low money, college applications are so damn expensive! That’s why I’m hoping on getting an acceptance letter from UNCA on the 15th of this December, so I can stop applying to colleges, well that is if I don’t get accepted to NCState. I haven’t applied to a single college out of state, I simply won’t be able to afford it, not even with the money I get from the Marines, I really don’t care, UNCA offers a under-grad program in Mechatronics, and that’s what I want. It will set me up for Biomechatronics grad program at MIT.

Speaking of MIT, I submitted my project to MIT THINK 15 days ago. I’m excited, I hope I win. I’ve been thinking of Verdis so much, and I need a new computer to setup a repository on it. Not only that, but I’ve been thinking about working off FreeBSD…

Speaking of updates, I need to update my WordPress, I don’t even know what version this is, but I know there is a version 2.6.5 out, I’m probably on 2.5, can’t remember, this was setup more than a year ago. ANIME, ANIME, ANIME… I love it, great story’s great stuff. I really like cyberpunk stuff, and short series anime’s. Like so far I’ve seen “Serial Experiments Lain,” which is my absolute favorite, not only is it cyberpunk, but it’s so psychologically disturbing! It’s a great anime, and it’s 13 episodes long. I also enjoyed “School Days,” which is a great love triangle anime, but get’s crazy at the end, very disturbing, but I loved it! My little brother is the one who told me about it, the anime makes me think about him a lot. My little brother has always been able to get girls, lucky him, he was born “cute” I guess. Me, I’m not so lucky, not so cute looking, rather rough, and I’m very shy to the girls I really like, ahahaha, well at least I won’t have to worry about that “School Days” situation. In Newspaper, I’ve been drawing more than usual. I think I can become “go to artist,” I’ve been increasing my skills, and self-style of drawing. I’ve also became a fan of a well-known artist.. Keith Thompson, of http://www.keiththompsonart.com/ – His art is insane! I love it, its great, his photoshop skills are excellent too, his artwork is superb! Someday I hope to be able to draw as good as him, and use photoshop as good as him. I mean, I can draw pretty well, and use Photoshop pretty well, just enough to impress my high school. OH, and at school I also decided to join the “Save Darfur NOW” club. I’m hoping on contributing what I can for the cause.

Like I said early, the ZocialNET. Well the “.ZocialNET/” which is coming out of the box more, unique interface and design, and “the system” I must say I think is better than Facebook, and MySpace. I also set it up to where you HAVE to be invited to join the system, that way the ZocialNET won’t accumulate a bunch of losers, and bots, and un-wanted people on the network. Other projects in the ZocialNET I’m working towards are the a social visualization system, based off the JIT ( Javascript Information Visualization Toolkit) which is superb! A system where you can visualize the social interaction between each user is what I’m aiming for an JIT has the tools to make it happen, but of course this will take several months of development before I can integrate it into the ZocialNET. I also built the ZocialNET with a CLI, and IDE, which I think are pretty neat and handy. The CLI provides news, an the IDE are for people who want to get involved. I also ended up making a small, sweet looking home base interface for the ZocialNET. I thin it looks, and works great! Now I just have to fix the eyeOS…

hmmm… soo much has happened, and so much is about to happen. I’ve watched “A Victim of the Brain” a docu-drama on Google videos, which was great, and very interesting, it’s about cognitive science and the brain. I learned more about the conscious of the brain, and how WE ARE victims of the brain, because some things are just pre-defined, which define our choices. I learned there is NO free-will, but there is desires. I think it’s really interesting and that everyone should take a look at it. More about a victim of the brain: a 1988 film by Dutch director Piet Hoenderdos, loosely based on The Mind’s I, a compilation of texts and stories on the philosophy of mind and self, co-edited by Douglas Hofstadter and Daniel C. Dennett. The film weaves interviews with Hofstadter with adaptations of several works in the book: Dennett’s Where am I?, The Soul of the Mark III Beast by Terrel Miedaner, and also the short story The Seventh Sally by Stanis?aw Lem. I’m also getting ready to setup a new layout on the website one last time today. Hopefully everyone will like it, and it’ll be a surprise. It’s more personalized, and efficient.

In school I’ve been reading “Dracula” good but not my style. Out of school I’ve been listening to the Audiobook of “Little Brother” by Cory Doctorow! Which is excellent cyberpunk book, all about hacking and stuff. Reminds me of the good ol’ telnet days etc… when it was cool to be a super geek, well it still is too me! w1ld3833zt!!! lol Anyways, I say check out the book. I think i’ll opne up a downloads section where you can download things I like, and I’ll include hacking/ bypass software with tutorials. Not super-serious killing, stealing, and destroying hacking software, but things like $sys$Firefox lol, and things like that…

Now, onto recommendations, I have no recommendations so far, but I’m trying hard to get some. I have requested the mayor give me a recommendation since I worked on their website. She responded that she would, so I’m hoping I can get the recommendation soon. If anyone out there that knows me, and has a well developed name, could give me a recommendation for UNCA, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Times are hectic for me, and I’m nervous. My letter of acceptance is all I need right now.

I love being a pullee in the Marines, and can’t wait for bootcamp. I already know 4 people I will be shipping out with on June 29th. One of who, I recruited into DEP myself. All I need to do is recruit one more for PFC.

Both physical trainings this week were good. Tuesday we did a lot of running, a few miles at the park. Thursday we went to Peak fitness, and got to do pyramids, and just work out.

I’m really excited about going to boot camp. I also registered for the SAT’s. I will be sending my scores to NC STATE, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Penn State, and Michigan State. Most of my senior friends are going off too NCState, so I think i will end up going to NC State in the end. If not I’m hoping to get into Penn.

I’ve came to understand my plans, I will start college in the winter so i can complete boot camps, and MCT before I go. When I turn 20, I want to go into OCS.

I haven’t decided on what I want to do in college, I want to do something that allows me to be free, and create, without having to work for anyone. I’m thinking about Visual Arts, Journalism, Engineering, somewhere a long those lines. I think I will be best off getting into Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering and doing something else that involves art.

I’m still confused about a lot of things in my long journey through my senior year. Lately I’ve also been getting criticized about joining the Marines. People think its stupid, well I don’t. I think it’s good and will qualify me a lot more, espescially in the goals I have. Everyone wants to live in my country, but no one is willing to die for it, as I am. We all naturally have things to live for, but must earn the things we must be willing to die for. I have earned pride, integrity, and dreams. I will soon earn the title of a United States Marine. No one can stop me.

I’m updating the website, by splitting it into two sections, professional and personal, in hopes that way I can attract more clients. Currently I came to realize that my blog is slacking information on how to contact me and get something setup, asides from clicking the contact link in my header.

I’ll be adding a client system, support forums, new portfolio, resume’, and a new projects page for the heck of it. That side of the website won’t be dark, it will be cleaner, and pretty so everyone will fill comfortable visiting it.

I’m taking a class now, and I have their book in front of me right now doing a load of work. It’s most week days 1-4, lame. It’s an extra science, one you’d take after physics, college credits… and it sucks. It’s boring and lame. Though, I score the highest test scores, and hold the highest grade. They have some pretty smart kids that are in the class, one in particular ‘Antfella.’ Antfella has his philosophy on economy, and business, and lifestyle which i felt was compelling to me. It changed my mind on how I look at business. I’ve decided I need to make some money, so I’m trying to think o I could do to make money (girls don’t like guys without that stuff). Antfella is initially a rapper, I’m not a big fan of his style of rap, but I support his career.

Speaking of music, I’m in a band! It’s a lot of top secrete information for now. Anyways, we will be using Verdis OS to produce, record, and do much of everything on it. We don’t have a name for the band, but I know it’s good! I’m trying to get Niche to hold Verdis OS in there store.

Back to the point, I get age discriminated against all the time. I can’t wait for my senior year to end, and college to begin.

Oh and that reminds me, I’m really getting ready to join the Marine Reserves. I’m getting ready to get examined and take one last test this weekend. People think it’s stupid, but imagine the opportunities. Opportunities to be the best, get the best technology out! Plus benefits, I love the great indoors, but I also love the great outdoors! So boot camp next summer, but the when your with the best, you are the best, so I can become the best surgeon, I want to be a surgeon that integrated mechanical organs and prosthetics to humans, and develops A.I. and nerdy stuff.

I have a lot of work to do, I want to post updates, but I can’t. My days are super busy! When will it end?? Probably when I’m dead. I barely have time to eat.

My schedule consist of waking up, finishing up my load of homework, get ready for class, going to the class, doing the classes work and homework, study, project – ends at about 5′ – work on Verdis a bit ends at 7 – 8-9 are working on the Huntersville website as much as I can before passing out. Usually around 9-and up people email me for help on scripts, hacking, and code, and question me about life. But I usually pass out on the couch by 10 “trying” to watch Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Aqua Team Hunger Force, then Boondocks.

When I get into my room, Verdis usually calls me back to the computer, I never quite finish what I was doing when working on Verdis then go to sleep. Regularly I can’t get to sleep, so i stay up walking around my room, doing push-ups until I fall asleep.

After about 2 hours of sleep I wake up and do it over! Also, 2-our dreams are the best, because there never long enough. But the end of this class is coming, school is about to start up. I singed up for a shit load of medical classes. I’m expecting straight A’s my entire senior year, since I got all the boring but needed classes out the way.

*I know I can’t compare my so called busy life to grown ups, but damn I’m tired.
*Also I’m about to tar the zui, and release it as an free open source php os internet user interface, i’m not using it, and it has really good code in it. (but i want credits, the interface came from scratch.)
